What types of payment options are available?

We accept all debit and credit cards, as well as cash payments. Alternative payment options such as mobile payment and EFT are also accepted.

Will I be provided with an estimate of costs?

Yes. We are required by law to provide you with an estimate of costs before we may proceed with treatment. If there are additional services needed, that was not included in the original estimate, we will contact you before continuing treatment, unless it is an emergency, in which case, we must act fast and effectively.

Should I call ahead to book an appointment?

No. Our practice is strictly walk-in as we do not work on an appointment basis.

What is your appointment policy on surgeries?

You need to phone us one or two days ahead of time in order for us to book a theatre slot for you, as we can only accomodate a certain amount of surgeries per day. Our receptionist will then give you any and all information in preparing your pet for his or her procedure.

What types of animals do you treat?

We treat all small companian animals and pocket pets, which includes cats, dogs, rabbits, birds, reptiles, and other exotic pets.

Do you offer a nutrition consultation services?

Yes. Our receptionists are all trained in animal nutrition and are certified Veterinary Nutritional Assistants. If you have any questions about feeding your pet, they will be able to assist you.

Where can I purchase my pet's food?

We stock all major veterinary diets, with a few exceptions. If your pet requires a special diet, we are more than happy to aquire it for you at no additional costs.

My pet is on chronic medication. Where do I get it?

Our clinic has a fully stocked pharmacy. Should you need a refill on your pet's prescription, simply give us a call and our veterinarian will prepare your pet's medication in advance for simple collection.

Emergency Care

We see emergencies and urgent care cases during our regular business hours as well as after hours. If your pet is experiencing an emergency, call our emergency number straight away.
